Modelling of phosphorus accumulation in an aeroponic coriander crop

A model was developed for phosphorus (P) concentration over time in a closed aeroponic coriander culture. In addition, the setting and starting up of soilless culture is described, measurements electrical conductivity (EC), pH major ions mixing tank are provided. By using mass balance principles, dynamics nutrient drainage solution stated. Two series continuous stirred reactors considered flow structure, power law relationship to represent rate removal, considering water volume changes. Phosphorus were used fitting, resulting simulation good agreement with data.
